Doxylamine succinate belongs to a group of medicines called ‘antihistamines’. Pyridoxine hydrochloride is another name for Vitamin B6. The combination of 10mg of doxylamine succinate and 10mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride is a medication used to treat nausea and vomiting of pregnancy (NVP), also called “morning sickness.”
